"it's peaceful and relaxing not alot of drama and traffic. can have a nice fire in winter or summer times and also don't really have to worry much about your pets getting hit by a car since your not in city limits "

"The 4Pm school bus driver runs you off the road, the residents here have high end attitudes for living in such a resolute area. Would be a great place if you could live in the area and not deal with the locals."

"Nice views of the lake but terrible area in general. 97 registered child molesters in the area. Too much meth and too much pot growing on the sides of the road! Prices at local gas stations are too high."
