This community enjoys access to the river via little-known dirt roads, half a mile, or one mile from this property depending on which route you take. Country living through and through.

The lot itself is covered with pine trees that provide shade and seclusion. This lot is located in a rural community, with approximately 1/8 of the lots developed / holding hard structures. There are a number of mobile homes and makeshift structures coupled with several well-maintained structures. The lot bordering this property to the north is a little "rugged", but I'm working with those property owners to square it away.

RV/Camping allowed 21 days every 6 months and unlimited while an active build permit is in place.
