"We’re pretty safe in all areas except NE Brainerd. Just passed a referendum to rebuild our schools. Population tripled in the summer. Love the lakes! "

"The elementary schools in town have sandwiches stations. Which that is a free lunch for families in need and it’s offered at all elementary schools Monday thru Friday and thru the whole summer!! "

"The development is adjacent Crow Wing State Park, including the trailhead of the Paul Bunyon Trail. High speed fiber installed in the area in 2017. It's smoking-fast internet connection at affordable prices. Just south of the 371 split allows for easy access to both Brainerd and Baxter. "
