Per Title company, there is an easement for ingress & egress from D Street which would give access to the rear of the property at it's NE corner. The easement runs along the south line of the properties located at 28465 & 28585 Windy Pass and would be the natural extension of Calico Drive. It looks like the upper portion of the lot may have more space on which to build. Buyer to check with utility companies for availability & check with County regarding zoning & building requirements. Buyers to do their own investigation of the wash/drainage area and determine what effect it may have on the property.
