I am a junior at coldwater high school. it sucks... its a generic school for those who want to feel like they want to be treated like toddlers. I have 4 other siblings all younger than me. i have been here sence 3rd grade and it was better at my other school. the food is gross, the mass population is white and rude. the band program is good tho.

I’ve been in this city for many years and I see great change to the best each year!

Jefferson Elementary School is an awesome school. My grandson is autistic and he receives the best education from the Gen. Ed teachers and well as the Special Resources teachers. They all have his best interest in mind.

I have been VERY disappointed in the 5th grade educators at Lakeland Elementary School this year! I live five minutes from Max Larsen Elementary School, yet my son has to go to that school to board a bus for a 40 minute ride each way..then they release him 20 minutes early to accomodate the bussing schedule. I've spent hundreds of dollars driving him to school, because he misses the bus, and if he's 15 minutes late he's marked absent for the first 1/2 of the day..now the teacher is talking about holding him back for excessive absences. The teacher doesn't teach but delegates that duty to the students. He brings home worksheets with no explanation how to do them (IF he remembers to bring them home at all). I've tried to communicate with the teachers but there is limited communication. The principal has his head stuck in the sand, and everyone wants to point their finger back at the parents. I didn't go to college to be a teacher, and I don't don't get paid to be a teacher..that's what they are there for. I've had five children attend Lakeland, and he will be the last! I'll send my youngest to a charter school if he has to attend Lakeland Elementary. I feel it's been a wasted yr

I love this school. The food is fantastic (my daughter says) and the teachers are very nice and helpful. The Principal and Vice Principal allow no Riff-Raff in the halls, classrooms, etc. and punish it accordingly. I learned from my Child, that the tests are fun, but it takes her a while to finish, and she says they're difficult. Over all, this school is the best school.
