8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 3 kids have been at Chisholm for 3 yrs now. And I'm an active parent in the school. Very active. I'm at the school at least 2x a week assisting teachers as well as active in the PTO. The principal is wonderful! I've even had 1 of my kids be sent to his office and he handled the situation perfectly! Between him and the assistant principal they know every child by name...and thays saying a lot since there's roughly 700 pupils. We've only had 1 teacher clash and that was simply because her personality and my daughters didn't match. It happens ;) They have a great overall school reward system (charger bucks) lots of great activities and parties planned throughout the year. I've noticed very little bullying and what 2 instances in 3 yrs that I've witnessed, it was handled well and was put to a stop. Out of the 30+ teachers and staff, I honestly can't pick out 1 that doesn't care about the kids. Even the cafeteria staff talk and interact with the children. We've moved a lot and this is our 5th elementary school... and our favorite. The student body is great and the parents are great at volunteering and supporting our teachers...which truly makes a great school. Yes, each room of 1st grade and up has 3 walls but the 4th wall is made out of shelves and what not. I really thought my kids would have a hard time adjusting. That was my only reservation about this school, but it's fine! The kids don't even notice! It doesn't impair their learning at all. The school is divided up into wings. So all K rooms are on 1 side of the school. Down 1 hallway is all of 1st grade etc. All 1st grade and up put on a program every year. Last day before Christmas break is the all school caroling! Really a fun, active school. The music teacher makes thing fun and the PE teacher has the kids play fun and engaging games. You won't be disappointed with Chisholm.Other Review9y ago8 Reviews - Memorial High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved from Los Angeles, California to Edmond, Oklahoma May of 2022. My son finished his Freshman year at his old high school with struggling grades. His teachers had more than 40 students per class and had a hard time focusing on the kids. Also, California allowed schools to make their own decisions to have online schooling whenever Covid was in the rise. Well, that really hurt my son and all the other kid’s performance because it was hard to keep up with the changes. Now, Edmond Memorial is a whole different story. Less kids in the class room, teachers have more time to work with kids and the students here are much more polite. Hands down, Memorial High is a great school. My son has a 3.4 GPA and has teachers and care about his education. This is a must go to school.Parent Review3y ago7 Reviews - Cimarron Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at cimmaron is not good. Some teachers are extremely rude for no absolute reason and my experience with a certain bus is almost even worse, the bus 114 driver is very rude and she yells too much. The principal is nice and when teachers are not around controlling your every move the school is fine but other than that it’s not so good. And the bathroom rule is very confusing they say no one can go the first ten minutes but some teachers get upset when you go during passing period. And some teachers get mad at kids for basically literally being kids for example laughing, and I get if there was work going on but when we’re not doing anything like before school starts we shouldn’t get in trouble especially when we’re not being loud.Student Review2y ago11 Reviews - Check out schools near E Memorial Rd.

Or cat or bird??? Lolol"
