    • Jojogroo

    • Trulia User
"It’s clean not too many dog owners walking dogs but decent area to walk ur dog or for ur kids to walk the dog alone "
    • Timwilliams1980.tw
"I love it here its like everything u want in a town and the lifestyle of living everybody takes care of there family and there is 0 violence in the town garage sales happen every weekend and people treat u like family "
    • Zohra A.
"Some events but too much Not much things to do with kids or activities. While other towns offer better. High school n middle school are in one building which Is over crowded in my opinion. Other then that is nice if you are old or single "
    • Jojogroo
"Emwood Park great place to live. Love the school system. My children love living Elmwood Park then can walk to parks and friends houses. They also have rec center for the kids "
    • Masphotovideo
"it's a very diverse town. there are a number of different restaurants and shops in town and in the surrounding towns. its minutes from the three mall's in paramus and only 20 mins to wayne on sundays when our malls are closed."
    • Jojogroo
"They would like. Elmwood Park has a dog park. Has dog swings, toys and dog fountain. If you don’t like dog park you will always see somebody out walking their dog."
    • Cassandra M.
"I’ve lived here for 24 years (my whole life) this town is slowly getting better over time. They’re really trying to clean it up and make it nice. They even added a dog park with little obstacles! The schools aren’t terrible but the HS is pretty bad. They do nothing to prepare you for college. They don’t even care if you fail. No one is really there to help you (but that can change, I graduated in 2014). Neighbors aren’t all too friendly, but it’s a cute and diverse town with some nice people. Close to major highways and lots to eat around here. "
    • Estivaliz P.
"It’s a great neighborhood. Nice people. Mostly clean. Nice school system. Could use some commercial investment since not a lot of options. "
    • Estivaliz P.
"It’s a very friendly neighborhood. People is very nice. Schools are average. Very quiet and safe. Recreational center takes good care of kids, sports programs."
    • Anthony R.
"Not many dogs are in the area. But when you do come across a couple they are very friendly. As well as the owners. "
    • Jasmin P.
"They would like that it isn’t such a crowded neighborhood so dog owners do not have to worry about people so much when walking dogs. But there isn’t many dog parks. "
    • Nielsendas
"lived here going on 3 years. the neighbors are friendly, I commute in public transit with some from the surrounding houses. A lot of young families love around us and we run into our kid's friends from school a lot and we've gotten to know some of the parents. For a narrow street residential street we get a lot of vehicle and foot traffic (including kids on bikes, skateboards and scooters) and with that I feel safe. "
    • Raul D.
"Neighbors are our brothers keepers. We take care of each others property. Ir takes a village to raise a child."
    • Mamitas2869
"I see people walking their dogs all the time, very dog friendly neighborhood and folks pick up after their dogs as well."
    • Ivette R.

    • Floresj618
"Safe quiet town. The area bordering Paterson can get a little sketchy but nothing serious. Overall a good place to raise kids. "
    • Jessica M.
"Love the community day in town. They also have summer concerts st the recreation center. The spray park too"
    • Kris D.
"The school district is horrible. The apartments in the neighborhood makes the town look bad. The kids are disrespectful. "
    • Hype33
"They don’t run late, other wise easy access to New York, express buses and trains are easy to catch. Great transportation "
    • Hype33
