Not good. There's a lot of negative energy at this school. Which I know is everywhere but How can you stop bullying if staff members bully each other or children. Not Ok. There's a lot of pointing fingers at the teachers instead of management stepping up and taking the blame for there lack of leadership. I believe DC failed my child and me as a parent. Being talked down to and treating me like I have no clue of what's going on or like I'm a moron is unacceptable. Bullying IS a HUGE ISSUE!!!! Seeing this school's ratings on this page is very sad to me. I'm very worried about my other child's middle school academic success. Being in the middle school classroom I can see where the kids are not learning anything. Its total chaos! Having no supervision when kids go to the bathroom, bullying and fights happen, kids going into bathrooms they don't belong in happens, and kids disappearing an hour or two at a time to take a walk around campus. If you want to know what happens at your child's school get involved, Volunteer.
