"i drive alone at 6:30 am on hwy 138 to 15 s fo 215s to 210w, to pepper, in rialto. evening do the opposite. start at 5 pm follow pepper, ti 210 east, to the 215 n, to 15 n, exit devote, take route 66, get off on cleghorn to 15n, exit to hwy 138, to pinon hills. and mountain rd"

"Most parcels are 2.5 acres which is nice. I don't like it nearly as much as my horses who seem to love it. Housing is insanely affordable. The school district is the best in the high desert. The number of lunatics is probably higher than some places per capita but since the place is soooo spread out you can see them coming well ahead of time."
