This property is perched up high on a usable ridge with about 1 acre of land before the property touches the street and then drops off downhill from there. You could also build on the hillside if you cut in a level pad or use the slope as a terrace garden. Great country feel yet not far from central Redding and has easy paved road access. There is underground water to the lot line. The elevation is 920 ft to 1100 ft. My cell phone works on the property. About 15 minutes from central Redding and about 10 minutes to the Jones Valley boat ramp at Shasta Lake. Less than 6 miles to groceries and gas.
To sum up, you have power, water, and absolutely incredible mountain views. You have easy access and a very nice area making this property a true delight. I'm guessing that's why they named it Delightful Way.
