"Coviently located withing 30/45 minutes to all the major area shopping centers, universities WVU and Fairmont State, minutes from the High Tech Corridor with NASA, FBI, NOAA and Lockheed Martin. near the medical complexes and Joe Manchins Health Plex. Great area affordable for retirees and younger professional famillies gettting started. Highly rated schools and very low crime area... safe streets and safe rails to trails leg."
