High Pressure PVC water lines. The four wells were drilled about 6 years ago between 2011 and 2012 and are at depths between 750-820 feet. Four of the wells have gas CAT engines while the rest are electric. The western most +/-350 acres has a set of cattle pens and an older barn in the southwest corner of the tract. There is also another set of pens and metal cattle shed in the central most +/-315 acres.
