6.87 acres of unrestricted Boones Mill paradise that is just 5 minutes from 220 with neighboring beautiful expensive homes (yet this land is unrestricted). It has a large creek and a natural spring on the land with beautiful mountain views in the backdrop. It was previously perked as well.
We cleared a little bit of it but it has grown up as weeds. It is on the corner of two main paved roads. A lovely piece of property but we changed our mind to stay where we are so we don't really need to hang on to this any longer. Selling for $50,000

"Boones Mill is a quiet, peaceful place to call home. Local gas and grocery store are all you need. Rocky Mount and Roanoke are only 10 miles away in either direction. No traffic, great neighbors. "
