Parents aren't allowed to participate in any on campus activities. The teacher my child had was not available, when I did contact her with concern she told me she would not be changing anything about her instruction or classroom but that I could contact her principal if I had a problem. Almost every form, test, newsletter that was sent home had typos. The principals were supportive of the teachers without even knowing the entire situation or even asking questions. Academically the school met high standards that I had, however the communication between the school staff and parents was not acceptable. I have received three emails this year from my child's teacher-all to tell me something I or my child was doing wrong such as dropping off one minute earlier than allowed in the morning. There are great teachers at this school, unfortunately the one my child was assigned to was not one of those.

"Easy and smooth traffic. You need your own vehicle there is no public transportation unless you’re considered elderly or special needs."

"Saltillo offers the advantages of being 5 minutes from the largest city in North MS, Tupelo, and the wonderful school system and peacefulness that a small town can provide. Low amounts of traffic and a variety of family backgrounds makes McComb ave a wonderful place for any family to settle in. "
