As a former student, I’ve had years to reflect on my experience with this district. Unfortunately, the longer I reflect, the clearer the patterns become.Bullying was not only common during my time here, it was mishandled. When I tried to speak up, I often felt dismissed, blamed, or treated as the problem rather than supported. Over time, it became clear that fairness often depended on whether or not you “fit in.”The environment felt exclusionary and emotionally unsafe for students who did not meet certain unspoken expectations. That kind of culture leaves a lasting impact. Years later, I am still dealing with anxiety and distress connected to how I was treated here. No student should leave school carrying trauma tied to their education.What has been especially painful is watching someone I love experience similar harm years later. Seeing the same lack of clarity, the same poor communication, and the same absence of compassion repeat has been heartbreaking. It suggests that meaningful change has not truly occurred.I genuinely hope this district reflects on how its culture and decisions affect students and families long after graduation. Schools should be places of safety, fairness, and accountability. That was not my experience.I wish this were an isolated story. Unfortunately, it does not appear to be.

Uncertified Special needs Teachers. My family member was treated cruel and I was cussed at by faculty.
