I purchased my property from the original developer of the Rio Nueces Ranch in 1978. I literally had my choice of tracts located in the original 1600 acre ranch. I also sold property in the ranch as I had a Texas Real Estate license at that time. I know the Rio Nueces Ranch as well as anyone because I have owned my property there for 43 years and have driven my 4 wheel drive truck all over it! There is much beautiful terrain all over the ranch, but the tracts I purchased over 40 years ago are some of the absolute best. I bought them for the trees, the views, and most especially the privacy that their remoteness offers since this tract is at the back of the ranch.
