Description

A nice secluded and multi-use property perfect for raising cattle, growing hay, or weekend recreation. The property is rectangular-shaped with access to CR 196 along a narrow strip to the northeast corner. Property has access to electricity from adjacent property; a water well will need to be installed. Property is completely fenced and ag exempt.

"I’ve lived here for about 10 years and it is a quiet, safe place to live. We have an acre and live in town so it’s nice to have alittle breathing room. Neighbors are very nice and helpful. "
