      "Neighbors are friendly but do not keep their area clean. There are ordinances to keep areas clean but the law enforcement does not enforce the ordinance very well. There are livestock nearby and wildlife that are free roaming that is a magnificent sight. Kids are safe to walk or drive without fear "
