There are various draws and gulches throughout the ranch that keep water as well. Access to the ranch is by a mile long easement through an adjoining pasture. The hunting opportunities include a good Pronghorn Antelope population, occasional mule deer, ducks and coyotes and other varmints. This ranch would be ideal to add to your existing operation or as a starter ranch or income property. The demand for grass is increasing and the rental prices for good pasture is increasing as well. Located approx. 7 miles north of Simla.
