About this House

This hillside parcel is very attractively priced and is located in the south eastern portion of Squaw Valley. The lot has gentle slopes along the frontage and then rises more steeply towards the rear. There is plenty of room to build with lots of space for all of your outbuildings.

The property is fairly open along the road frontage. Towards the rear, there is a nice coverage of oaks and some really impressive rock features. The property is very buildable closer to the road. There are also some nice sites in the back for a home, one of which would enjoy a spectacular Sierra view. These sites would entail more expense for a driveway, but you would have greater privacy and the view of the one site just might be worth that extra expense.

How about the negatives? Location is about 10 miles from Hwy 180, so commute time will be a bit longer. The adjacent neighbor to the west is a bit of a collector and their property is somewhat cluttered.

Best part here is the price... one of the lowest priced lots on the mountain and very buildable land.

"I've lived here for 3.5 yrs. Great neighbors, clean air, beautiful sunsets and nice breezes most of the time, and very relaxing area to live in. We have lite snowfall at our elevation of approx. 3,000 ft. that usually melt in one to two days."
