Where else are you going to find 160 acres so close to town for only $1000 per acre? There are power lines cutting through the property so electric should be available. Buyer to verify with electric company that power is available. This would be a perfect place for solar or wind power generation, and maybe for indoor crops. There are a couple green houses nearby, don't know if they have a well or if water is delivered. Water is deep in this area.

"We have the best school in the entire district. We have land and space to really enjoy the desert we love. Plenty of open offroading land right out your driveways. Away from the city life but a simple commute to Fort Irwin, Barstow, Marine Base and Victorville area. True country living"
