This school is very cliquey for staff and parents with arbitrary rules created to create barriers within those groups. Good teachers and staff tend to not stay long or are on the search for something better. It is quite possibly the worst elementary school in the county. The teachers really do a great job but unfortunately have to conform to the clique or become subjected to unfair scrutiny that sets up poor modeling behaviors for students.

"I grew up in Mt. Gilead, and am moving back after 23 years. I have been in Mansfield, but I am looking forward to coming home to a quieter, smaller community, that is friendly, and welcoming."
