5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagehello :) i was class of 2022 and for my entire experience at this district i did terribly academically, but was perfect behavioraly. i asked multiple times for help because i felt i wasn't reaching the same levels of success as my peers and i was ignored every time. i was also ALLEGEDLY groped by another student in middle school and after being talked to by the principal there was no further discipline to said student and i was forced to remain in the same homeroom with them until i graduated. TOLVE was the worst counselor ever and failed me in every regardafter graduation i worked retail for 1.5 years until i recognized my mental health declining which led me to quit and pursue therapy, and i ended up finding out i have C-PTSD. Thanks Nutley!-marginalized student of whom's cries for help were ignored for 13 yearsMy life is nothing now and i have no connections made from this school because my debilitating anxiety was seen as an inability to cooperate ???? despite me literally speaking out MYSELF trying to get help. thanks for the 1.4 gpa and may you all have the lives you DESERVEi am now 21 years old starting from NOTHINGTHANKS FOR NOTHING!Other Review4mo ago10 Reviews - John H Walker Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my children had a great experience at JHWMS. They use a group approach so your child will have the same 4 core teachers as everyone else in the group, it makes the school seem a little smaller. Music programs are excellent. There is a choice of 3 languages and this class is taken every day. My high schooler is now in all honors classes and got a good foundation here.Parent Review5y ago4 Reviews - Radcliffe Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool is very dirty; bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in years, big mice and rodent infestation. School secretary is not a very nice person she looks overwhelmed and takes her frustrations out on parents. Parents and some of teachers are very cliquey and keep your child out of things and make them feel really bad.Other Review3mo ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near Clover St.

"It has a genuine small town vibe, but unlike other small towns I’ve lived in, Nutley has everything you could ever need. Medical clinics, pharmacies, groceries, gas stations, convenience stores and much more! Every month there is at least one kind of event, festival, or parade. There’s always something to do here. "

"This is a wonderful family town. While it is growing like every other town in the county, Nutley seems to be working hard to keep businesses open on it's main streets. The school system is great."

"Great place to live. There are different areas within the town that are nicer looking than other because of the historical homes or parks but, overall Nutley is a great safe place to live. I would certainly recommend it. "

"Walking your dog is great on the local street and neighborhood. Township has built a dog run area in our local park! Nutley was one of the first towns in the area to introduce Pooper Scooper Law!"

"It’s super friendly town , very convenient everything is so close, but not that diverse, so if you want your child to be culturally exposed, don’t advise moving here, try maplewood-south orange area"

"This is such a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood, especially since there’s not a lot of traffic. My two pups love the walk, 3 small blocks to a park, through the park, across to another little park, three blocks to home. So happy are we...we just moved here"
