Now that higher-income neighborhoods are assigned to the school, the culture and parent involvement is improving. I think great things are in-store for this school's future!

I have a child with some disabilities who had 3 breakdowns from the overcrowded classrooms and not one time was I informed by the staff. Her therapist had to tell me. She thought she could handle it on her own. She was bullied and slapped. Her report card says she missed 10 days but she's got "perfect attendance!" How is this? I'll tell you how, the busses come when they get ready. And the teacher marks them absent.. I had to go back and forth with the IEP coordinator to add her diagnosis which she refused to add and then they refused to get her tested. Her primary care dr id getting it done!! THEY DON'T CARE!!!! THEY'VE JUST BEEN SHOVELING HER ON TO THE NEXT GRADE WITH NO PROGRESS!!!! I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM WERE DONE. BYE BYE GRIER. And if you're wondering yes she is and yes we are!

This school honestly needs to shut down. They close after-school care 10 days before school not even thinking about how parents can get there from their jobs! I'm close to losing my job because we moved in the middle of the school year and my kids have to be Uber drove back and forth while they still have nerve to be asking me for money for school events. The staff is not helpful when you run late to get your child. They don't care that you're a single parent, the interim principal flat out refused to help me and my children and it's the last week of school! Ugh! So happy to NEVER deal with those trash folks anymore, GOOD RIDDANCE!
