Very private, extremely secure, heavily wooded sanctuary. Just minutes from Mastercard's headquarters, theatres, shops, Winghaven yet very rural, remote feel. Storybook entrance with tree canopy overhead. One of the last gravel roads in St. Charles County, very close to D and DD (just past Busch wildlife). Perfect for a high-end estate or buy it and divide into lots (as shown). Cannot be anymore secure. Put up a gate and there is no way in or out. Seasonal creek runs the length of the property.
