"Serenbe is a highly touted 900 acre green community consisting of 120 homes. The community is located just outside of Atlanta in the Chattahoochee Hill Country. To say that Serenbe was thoughtfully planned would be an understatement. Storm water will run into heavily vegetated regions and will be disbursed naturally. Native plants are used throughout the development, which significantly decreases the need to water the lawn.
