      "Dog owners would like the fact that we have sidewalks on every street here. People seem to be very friendly on my street in Hobbs. Number one thing that’s great here in Hobbs is that every home in this neighborhood has cinder block fences. So other dogs are put away and won’t be running the streets when you are walking your own dog down the sidewalks. "
