91 acres of nice timber in prime deer hunting!!! Huge food plots and nice box stands to sit in and watch deer,Turkey and hogs everywhere. We also have a clearing on a hill by the road we park our campers. This would be the perfect place to build a camp house. We have done a lot of work to the land and have been growing imperial clover for 4 years on it. It has helped the genetics of the bucks a lot and we've saw some really nice bucks on the land the last couple years. $1600 per acre and all stands stay on it. Very good deal for good hunting.
