"Everybody seems nice and pleasant. It’s quiet and everyone speaks to you when they passing. I enjoy living in this area."

"This area is terrible in most ways. Elizabeth St. has a clean section in the middle were the elderly people keep their properties clean. The rest of the properties are run down and look like something out of a book of shacks and trailers. Schools are THE worst. "
