    United Country Neeley Forestry Service, Inc., acting as agent for the seller, has been authorized to sell seven (7) tracts of land totaling approximately 447.4 acres (per tax records) located within Bradley County, Arkansas. These properties are being offered through a lump sum sealed bid sale. Bids will be received until Thursday, December 7th, 2023 at 10:00am.
    The HL Rowland Tract (#03019-03847) is a +/- 20.00-acre tract of timberland located in southern Bradley County near Hilo, AR (North 33.373397, West -92.273861). Most of the topography is generally flat to gently rolling along with a small hardwood creek on the north part of the tract. Access is great from Bradley County Road 2 on the south end of the tract. This tract was planted with loblolly pine 2 years ago. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of sandy loams and silt loams that is great for timberland, building, or other agricultural uses. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. I would love to own a home here but it’s just mostly rental houses......very nice rental houses. Me and my husband are looking to buy though. Definitely a kid friendly neighborhood."
