My son went here for 4th, our experience was great. 5th was a different story as we open enrolled and got different treatment. We didn't feel welcome and unfortunately ended up switching schools due to my sons discomfort in his home room class. His teacher was harsh and didn't follow through with any agreements to help my son grow. Very disappointed and hurt at our experience this year as it was vastly different than is 4th grade year there.

"The area is very dog friendly and dog parents are very good about cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs are regularly walked in the neighborhood and traffic is light. "

"I’ve lived here for 7 months. Neighbors are friendly, quiet area, sidewalks and dog friendly. Yards are well maintained and traffic is at a minimum. "

"We moved here April, 2019. The people are friendly, take pride in their yards and watch out for their elderly neighbors. It is the quintessential small town in Iowa. "

"Every August there is a festival. The parks department is quite active for a small community. Very family friendly. Walking distance to a locally owned coffee shop and pub. "
