"We have an antique boat show. Saint Paddy‘s day. Crosslake days.Uler fest.Four wheelers go by. High speed power boats and wakeboard boats. Military airplanes go overhead once or twice a week. It’s a great place to live."

"Visiting. Nice area. Friends lake house is amazing. Trout lake is clear. Shallow lake frontage, piers are out a distance. "

"I love this area. My husband and I used to own a cabin on Rush Lake, we fell on hard times and had to give it up. We have so many great memories of taking the kids up north and spending the weekends boating, (our son getting a fish hook caught on his finger, ouch! - And our boat nearly sinking when the cover didn't work out during some heavy rainfall!) tubing, swimming, sitting by the campfire, playing games, shopping in Cross Lake...the kids especially loved the Chocolate Ox - a nostalgic candy shop - and one of our favorite places to eat was Rafferty's, they have great pizza! Oh how I miss it! It's a great place to make memories with your family! The chain of lakes seems endless so if you get bored on one part of the lake, hop onto another!! :) And the sunsets are beautiful!! "
