    This 10-acre parcel in El Mirage is perfect for hemp cultivation, a ranch or recreation use. There is a 10-acre agricultural operation property adjacent to the north. This property (APN 0461-086-06) sold for $20,000 on December 21, 2018. It had the same well as the property I am selling. The buyer activated the well and is in the agricultural business. You could do the same thing.
    This property is 6 miles north of El Mirage. This property has good dirt road access from paved El Mirage Road (see Google aerials). The surrounding area is developing with rural ranch homes. You are close enough to Adelanto for easy access to food and gas, yet far enough away from civilization to enjoy the quiet solitude of the desert.
    This 10-acre parcel is in the scenic Southern California high desert community of El Mirage. The property is an hour drive from the Riverside-San Bernardino area. You take I-15 north through the Cajon Pass then Highway 395 to El Mirage Road. There are several ways to access this property. From El Mirage Road, you can head north on 260th Street for 2.25 miles, then east 1.0 mile on Old El Mirage Road, then follow Old El Mirage Road for 3 miles until it intersects with Adobe Mountain Road, then north 2.0 miles on Adobe Mountain Road to the property (see the Google aerial for this route). Or, there is good dirt road access from the north and west. I can provide detailed directions upon request.
    The parcel has RC (resource conservation) zoning that permits one home, farm animals and a variety of agricultural uses. There is no electric or developed source of water to the parcel. The San Bernardino County Assessor parcel number is 0461-086-07. The parcel measures 660 feet by 660 feet containing 10.0 acres. The buyer should contact San Bernardino County to investigate all zoning and development issues for the parcel.
    The 5 Google aerials show one of the access routes from paved El Mirage Road. The GPS coordinates for the northwest property corner are 34.687747, -117.625006.
