"loose dogs all the time running rampant stray cats too thousands of cats everywhere. Stay away from southern comfort"

"Very high quality homes. Gate guarded community with beautiful surroundings and best address in the area. Small Lakes behind some lots. Easy access to fishing, hospitals, shopping marinas. Homes are a minimum of 2,500 ft and several about 3,500 or more sq ft. "
    • Cubagallery
"Beautiful mile-long street with acre-plus lots and upscale homes right on the river. Approved for dock building."
    • stanhan1
"We have lived here since 2000. We built the last home within this wonderful development. It may be considered a gated community, however no gate is needed. We have one entrance/exit that makes this a very charming and ultra safe community to live in. Neighbors truly reach out to help one another."

"As for the bad review due to wild boar, bugs and termites. For goodness sake this is a rural area. If that bothers you why are you even looking here. Go back up north. #1 If you live anywhere in FL you better have a termite bond they are all over the state #2 Bugs...welcome to Florida again they are everywhere unless your community sprays poison all the time from the air #3 As for wild boar...they too are all over the state in any rural area....they are fun to catch and if you pin them for 6 months and feed them right they taste great with go game flavor. Malabar is a great community that is perfect because in 5-10 minutes you can be on 95 and within 15 you are in Melbourne with all shopping you need. The new shops of Palm bay are even closer about 7 minutes from the Malabar exit. This is perfect country living with a hop away from everything you need. How could anyone say anything bad about this area unless they are from New York....go back home...we don't want you here LOL"
