"Livingston Manor....is a small town with the greatest Chamber of Commerce and great spirit among the residents., They won the top award for their Main Street presentation: Lamplights, flower gardens, stunning planters and hanging baskets. The Water-Wheel Junction park and up-scale shopping are a great plus. There is also another large park and gazebo along the Main street. In winter, there is a small lake that is groomed for ice-skating. Main street eateries, a great super-market, The Catskill Art gallery are all part of the country charm. This listing is only two miles from the Village. "
