A nice mix of RV lots, mobile homes, stilt homes and traditional homes. You'll fit right in! This lot is not on the water, but it's close! NO RESTRICTIONS!!! Whether it's Bayou Jonas (about 200 yards away), West Fowl River, Mobile Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, there is plenty of water to play in. Also nearby is Bellingrath Gardens, which boasts some of the prettiest ornamental plants in the South. For more water excitement, drive about fifteen minutes to Dauphin Island and take the ferry to Fort Morgan. There is plenty of excitement or relaxation-your choice! I have had 2 children pass through this school and over the years I have become very close with their faculty. As a parent and a teacher this school is amazing! The teachers are all great people and very attentive to their students by helping them grow in knowledge and also as an individual. This school is more than a place to educate, it’s a family. I love Booth elementary!!!!!!!

"Neighbors aren’t very friendly and don’t care about if their pets run freely. I constantly have to watch for dogs to make sure mine don’t get attacked "

"Lived here for 20 years, hated to leave. Great access to water. Deep Sea Fishing the best, scuba diving, swimming, skiing and recreation for the entire family we are all going to miss. "
