"Downtown area is quaint and busy. Love the weather in August. Feel safe and comfortable. Love the fresh water creeks "
    • Neil Harlow
"School is closed fridays for skiing. It’s safe here to let your kids run free. The rec center is awesome. "
    • Maria.brunori
"very easy and simple to get around by car, bus or walking. Typically bus routes are easy to follow as well. "
    • Danny P.
"Easy m-Thursday. Friday Saturday and Sunday are a nightmare due to tourist traffic. Roads are always plowed quickly but you must have winter or all weather tires. "
    • Kelly B.
"There aren’t any community events. But it’s a peaceful quiet place to live with lots of nature. It feels safe."
    • Maria.brunori
"Tow of the best events in Breckenridge are Oktoberfest and Ullr Fest. The whole community comes together to celebrate and party. "
    • Justin P
"So many people are out walking with their dogs. All very well-behaved and friendly. Most stores even have water bowls at the door. "
    • tim
"we have lots of festivals a d some of the most amazing skiing and snow boarding. dont forget the best views! "
    • Tyson.buerkle
"Foxes, bears, moose as neighbors. Tree lighting, dog parade, and year round enjoyment of the mountains. "
    • Matt H.
"Breck is dog friendly but not dog’s always welcome. Dogs on leash is the expectation, you may be berated if your dog is off leash and even well controlled. There’s enough bad owners with dogs that the good dog owners get penalized. Love Breck, don’t move here!"
    • budman
"Beautiful scenery and great weather. Dog friendly. Lots of outdoor activities. Great skiing. Good food choices. "
    • Mooneynoto
"Georgeous views and trees. It is peaceful, yet 10 minutes from the town of Breckenridge. There are hiking trails behind the neighborhood. "
    • Mooneynoto
"It is a little paradise tucked into the pines. Close enough to town but quiet and peaceful. The stars shine so bright at night."
    • Seth L.
"What can I say, it's mountain living at it's finest."
    • carole w.
"I have lived in Windwood circle for 1.5 years; it's great for lovers of the outdoors. Backs onto the Nordic area, is 2 bus stops from the ski area and you can walk to town. Extremely safe and friendly"
    • Gtablair
"Breckenridge is a quaint unique resort town. Great snowboarding and skiing in the winter and fantastic fishing, hiking, biking etc. in the winter. "
    • karin r.
"We love to vacation in the lovely state of Colorado, where nature can be enjoyed year round. Great skiing, biking, rafting, hiking - plus dining out, movies, etc. makes for a destination every season of the year."
    • Kelly B.
"Fantastic "locals" neighborhood! Traditional neighborhood with charming Victorian style homes. Lots of families and areas to play. There is a wonderful Town park and also a great day-care facility. The free Town bus stop is in the neighborhood so you can take the bus to town or it's close enough to walk! The bus also stops at the ski gondola. This neighborhood offers energy and vibrancy in a resort town where most of the homes are second homes. Community events like trick-or-treat on Halloween, a visit from Santa, and a Summer Solstice celebration are annual events. Neighbors often get together for bbq's, "women's night", movie night on the "green", or camp outs. Organized races start or end at the many nearby trails. I'm a Breckenridge Real Estate Professional and I live in this neighborhood!"
