    10 Acres in Mohave County very close to the Big Sandy Range! This property is currently zoned AR-36A which means it does not currently allow the building of any structures on land that is less than 36 Acres and since the land is under the required 36Acres that is why this is priced accordingly. Buyer would be responsible for establishing access as this property is virtually impossible to get to via car. The one access point appears to be Back Road which runs through the Big Sandy Range and has a locked gate. My photographer was unable to find an alternate road to access the property. This would be for someone looking to purchase for recreation or as a potential investment to add to their portfolio.       "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
