Thankfully, I still have a child attending—and because of the leadership of Principal Dr. Vernicka Murray, I know my child is in the best hands.Dr. Murray is an outstanding leader who makes a lasting impact. She is present, involved, and deeply committed to every student’s success. She takes time to know the students and families, and she creates a culture of respect, learning, and encouragement. She leads with both strength and compassion, and it shows in how smoothly the school runs and how confident the children are.Thanks to Dr. Murray and her amazing team, my graduate left Washington fully prepared for the next chapter. My younger child continues to grow because of the strong instruction, structure, and support the school provides daily. Dr. Murray sets the tone and builds a true school family.I am so thankful for the care and dedication shown by everyone at Washington Elementary. It’s clear that under Dr. Murray’s leadership, this school is a place where children thrive!!!

"It’s not a safe place to walk around at anytime but especially at not. Not recommended for dog owners. Also there’s a lot of stray dogs in the area."

"This is a great neighborhood it is urban we have a great business community and a inner city population some residents are under served but we have a great beach and support with a local government that is capable of uplifting the city great things are happening in Riviera Beach"

"I guess if we have functions like block parties or barbecues in our community somewhere was accessible and free food and drinks where people will actually come out and enjoy themselves without getting shot or worry about someone shooting and killing in the area but this particular area off of s Avenue isn't the best high crime rate in and everything else so I wouldn't necessarily say I would like to have a barbecue in this area just a thought since you want to know so much about the community I am done here thank you so much for listening "
