    Property is planted to certified organic walnuts. Production records are available upon request. The orchard was certified organic in September 2019.
    Parcel 233-070-001 (+/-56 acres) is planted to Tulare walnuts that were planted in 2009 at 24′ x 28′ spacing.
    Parcel 233-070-020 (+/-69 acres) is planted to +/-37 acres of Tulare walnuts and +/-28 acres of Chandler walnuts. These trees were planted in 1999 at 24′ x 28′ spacing.
    Water
    Property is located in Lower Tule Irrigation District. The entire property has micro-sprinklers and is pipelined for flood irrigation.

    Parcel 233-070-001 has a 620' well that was drilled in July of 2014 with a 125 HP VFD pump. A new 40 HP VFD lift pump was added in 2020 which generates over 1,000 GPM from the irrigation gravity flow line. Parcel 233-070-020 has a 75 HP turbine well pump and 15 HP booster. There is also a small lift pump and turnout from the Lower Tule River canal, which is not in use.

    The irrigation system is set up to irrigate from either well or both at the same time.
