"Horizon is a beautiful city composed of several neighborhoods. Whichever you pick, you'll be happy. It quite away from the city, but it is still growing and soon there will be a big shopping center in the Eastlake area."

"It’s a nice, safe, friendly community. Horizon City has come along was from having just a few homes, country club and golf course play by the famous Lee Trevino, he even purchased a home there at one time. "

"There are many nice walk ways in the area but I have come across a few lose dogs, people need to keep their dogs safely leashed or in their homes. Some of these dogs can be violent "
