      "This neighborhood is perfectly positioned between Canton/Akron with easy access to the airport and just a short drive in any direction to restaurants, entertainment, and parks. The North Canton School system, with its "Excellent" rating, and the close proximity to many colleges and universties, both in Canton and Akron, makes this a very desirable place to raise children and commute to work/school.
