"Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with great schools nearby. Lots of grocery stores within 2 miles of us. Low crime on this side of St. Andrews Drive."

"Sold for FULL ASKING PRICE The three L's of real estate are location, location, location--right? Yes but there is so much more with this awesome home in Evergreen Farms. First of all, let's address the location--it ROCKS! You will be less than a 5 minute drive from shopping, restaurants, the movie theater and the interstate. The neighborhood offers a playground and a nice, new convenience store within a 5 minute WALK on the sidewalk (throughout the neighborhood)."
