"When we first moved to this neighborhood, it was beautiful. We were promised views of the rolling Hills Across The Street, and lots of green space. Due to the sudden and unexpected building of rental homes right in our beautiful neighborhood, we no longer have any view of the rolling Hills Across The Street. Unfortunately we were very much deceived. All of the people.in this neighborhood complain about each other and we’ve supposedly had a couple of break-ins. That’s the truth about the settlement at autumn Ridge."
  • Jamie Lowe
"Unfortunately, there is a stray cat problem in my neighborhood. I’m sure that could be an issue for some dog owners. I am not a pet owner "
  • Tigercourtney
"We have a annual community picnic . Lots of neighbors love to walk. Several neighbors enjoy gardening in a big way. "
  • Crzy_maggers
"I can’t think of anything. Almost all of my neighbors have dogs and I don’t have one but I absolutely love dogs! AND, I’ve NEVER seen a stray dog in the over 4 years that I have lived here!!!"
  • redheadedpeach
"The court as we called it, was a friendly neighborhood and convenient to Bristol, Kingsport, Elizabethton, and Johnson City. We would not have left if we did not decide that we wanted lots of land (have moved to 14 acres). We really miss the people and the impromptu Court Cookouts/parties, where all on the Cul-de-sac could join in at anytime. "
