    "Everyone has a dog and they walk them all the time. Great place for pets in general. Thereā€™s a dog park not too far away. You can hear them and they are friendly. I have two dogs and love the community. They even have doggy bags and garbage cans available on the walk ways. "

    "Very friendly neighborhood, folks look out for each other. The HOA is reasonable and Iā€™ve lived here since 2001, with no plans to move. Most people keep up their yards but the only downside is that our HOA is unable to force people to upkeep their yards. Only a few are bad. No junk cars, or work vehicles parked . I like it here. "

I come back to Valrico ,from Tampa, for all services a:top notch and significantly less expensive - Such as Dentist, hair salons, etc. Due to the exploding population/traffic, unless you live near the expressway, it is not a quick commute to Tampa."
