Description

Freshly painted duplex for rent 1395 we do a credit and background check on anybody 18 and over staying or living at the property. The cost is $30 per person. I do however, credit it back if you're accepted. This place has a washer and dryer area. No washer and dryer available, but you can hook up yours. There is an opportunity to rent a garage for an additional charge. Please no pets.

We are looking for a credit score at about 625 or above at least three years on your job and at least four times the monthly rental income. Tenant will pay for gas, electric and water, sewer and garbage. Please be aware that there is a fee for the application. One off Street parking spot otherwise on street parking unless you rent the garage it's additional 125 for half the garage no pets under any circumstances and no smoking of any kind.

They have even cut my grass. Picks up after their dogs. July 4 Halloween events for all. Schools are great with great caring teachers. "
