Original Midcentury (retro) kitchen with newer dishwasher and refrigerator. Primary bedroom has a small 3/4 bath which was updated a couple of years ago. Main bathroom also updated a couple of years ago. Living room and dinning room ceilings are vaulted and have beams. Main floor laundry which includes washer and dryer. Basement updated within last couple of years with large family room, bonus room and bathroom/laundry area. Washer and dryer not provided in basement. Basement bathroom tile floor heated. Double garage and new 8' by 10' shed.

Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter will be responsible for yard work and winter snow removal. Owner will provide a weed and feed program and will have sprinkler system started each spring and turned off in the fall. No smoking inside house or garage. Prefer no pets but may consider a small or medium size dog with a gentle disposition (does not bark loud enough to annoy neighbors, is not a biter or chewer of non-dog items, is completely house trained).     "Neigubors are friendly. Yards are well kept. Dog walkers are mindful to keep dogs on the sidewalk vs your yard when walking and if they happen to go on your yard and poop they always pick up after them selves. Good schools. Low crime. Neighborhood kids are behaved. And for the most part neighbor hood is quiet. The occasional BBQ’s here and there but normally you get a plate of food out of it and usually an invite. And most importantly in my opinion no speeders on the street. Best neighborhood to relax and or raise a family. "

    "If you want a quiet rich neighborhood with deer pheasant and duck in your back yard on a bit over an acre this is for you. No sidewalks. We had triplet deer fawns born in our back yard this year. A big buck comes through every now and then. Pheasants doing mating dances. He will crow sometimes. Hawks hunt rabbits and eat them on your mailbox. And 9 ducklings hatched on the back patio. "

    "Lots of dog owners and walkers who follow the leash laws out of respect for the non dog owners. Most pick up after their pets. My family has lived in the neighborhood for 4 generations and there is a small bungalow with a large corner yard on this particular block that seems to get used as a dog area, but we don’t have a sign that says stay off the grass. The campus is a nice area to walk and a few near by parks, as well as a couple dog parks in town."
