About this House

This is an ADU located in the Santa Susana Knolls where it is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing and you are surrounded by nature. Our neighborhood is home to wild peacocks and they are a joy to observe. The unit has central heating and air conditioning, tile flooring, a great room including kitchen and dining area, a bedroom overlooking the yard and with mirrored closet doors, and bathroom with large shower and tiled vanity counters. There is also a large outdoor space with an oak tree for your private use, but no laundry on-site. There is one designated parking space for the occupant. The best part of all is that all utilities are included in the rent, except for cable/wifi/internet.

We offer a one-year lease term, with the first month's rent and the equivalent of one-month as a security deposit. We require our tenants carry renters insurance, which is affordable and will also protect a tenant in case of any covered loss on the property. The ADU will be available on or before 9/1/2026.
