I loved this school last year the teachers were awesome! But 1st grade teachers are unconcerned with teaching my child. ?The teachers is willing to hold her back in the first 6 weeks of school then to say, "hey were going to fix this problem". School just started and I definitely expected a lot more than this. The principle is wonderful and so is most of the staff. There are some staff that your always wondering what kind of mood they will be in that day. Wish we had a better teacher still considering moving back to Lubbock ISD.

"Young City Park has a playground, walking path, dog parks, and a splash pad. No large grocery stores in town, but there is a small one for quick pick-up of items."

"SHALLOWATER IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY! we are only moving because it is growing!! we want an even smaller town. it is a very SAFE PLACE TO LIVE "
