I live in the neighborhood and is totally safe. It's really a family neighborhood and pretty quite. And the kids are totally safe at this school. The teachers that my children's had and have these years are amazing and totally qualified. The director Tina always keep the children motivate. I can't argue about this school because it has been a great place for my kids and they always love to be there and learn every day something new.Parent Review3mo ago19 Reviews - Muwekma Ohlone Middle

"It’s busy getting in and out of downtown every day during the week . It’s a nightmare with the bike lanes making the roads more difficult and congested to navigate through "

"Not so friendly neighbourhood. People are aloof or cordial at best. Not sure if this a result of Covid."

"Love this historic neighborhood with its beautiful Craftsman bungalows and great location! Google will be breaking ground soon and will be located within walking distance for anyone who lives here. SAP Pavilion is a 10 minute walk to catch Shark games & concert as well as a wonderful Whole Foods Market, restaurants & shopping on the historic Alameda! "

"Not that many dogs, no where for them to play and be free, too much traffic, too small a space. I can't think of anything they would like about raising a dog in a highly dense downtown neighborhood. "

"The “can I speak to the managers” are about 1 in 20. Most people are very caring and friendly. There are a fair amount of homeless people in the area who break into whatever they can, including to shower in our private community. I feel unsafe walking after dark. Lots of families and dogs, if that’s what you care about. "

"I don’t have a whole lot to say about this neighborhood that’s so special besides the screams sometimes you hear or the nice random cats all over the place! You can tell who is local and who is brand new like myself and it’s been fun and all but paying to park in front of my home and not promised a spot is horrible and frustrating. "
